At present, the national influenza epidemic is still at a high level, and the proportion of influenza like cases (ILI%) in the north and south have rebounded and increased. According to recent national monitoring data, the proportion of influenza B in China has been increasing for 8 consecutive weeks, and pathogenic testing data shows that the proportion of influenza B in China has exceeded 81%.
In the 6th week of 2024, the National Influenza Monitoring Network Laboratory tested a total of 10146 influenza like case monitoring specimens.
1576 influenza virus positive specimens were detected in southern provinces, of which 329 were A (H3N2), 17 were A (H1N1), pdm091228 were B (Victoria), and 2 were type B (lineage not shown).
1151 influenza virus positive specimens were detected in northern provinces, of which 160 were A (H3N2), 7 were A (H1N1), and pdm09984 were B (Victoria).
